This Bachelor's Degree of Psychology and Pedagogy is a professional training program of the University where our graduates meet the different educational needs of our national reality based upon their professional knowledge from their training and performance in the educational field.


Training education professionals committed to reflection, strengthening and transforming teaching-and-learning processes in several educational contexts of the country is the backbone of the program, thus solidifying the research, conceptual and practical field, typical of a bachelor's degree in Psychology and Pedagogy.



General Purpose



Training an education professional in Psychology and Pedagogy by identifying, promoting and supporting the educational performance from teaching, learning, curriculum and management processes through Educational Guidance and intervention upon Learning Disabilities.




Specific Objectives


Train a BA in Psychology and Pedagogy, a professional who would be committed to society; a generator and transformer of culture who knows reality with strong research criteria, and projects his/her performance towards a transformation of educational institutions.
Build a research academic community formed by teachers, researchers and students of the program; responsible for educational & psychology knowledge production through Educational Guidance and intervention upon Learning Disabilities.
Forecast a program action directed to educational institutions and contribute to the qualification of teachers required by Colombian education through advice, guidance and intervention upon learning disabilities, school research, and continuing education.
Perform as advisor and consultant of the curriculum and education management processes.
